STRDY Returns & Refund Policy

At STRDY, every item is printed to order especially for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply decide you no longer want the item. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order. This policy reflects standard print-on-demand fulfilment practices.  

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with:

  • A manufacturing defect
  • A damaged garment
  • An incorrect design or print
  • The wrong item received

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@strdyfit.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.  

Print Quality Guarantee

Our prints are designed to last when cared for correctly. If your print begins to peel, crack or deteriorate due to a manufacturing fault within 60 days of delivery, please contact us with photographs and your order number. If approved, we’ll replace the item free of charge.  

Incorrect Size Ordered

As all STRDY products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you order the wrong size. Please refer to the sizing information on each product page before purchasing.  

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order enters production. Once production has started, cancellations or amendments are no longer possible.  

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Where applicable, we’ll work with the courier to investigate and arrange a replacement if the parcel is confirmed as lost or damaged in transit. Claims relating to missing deliveries should be reported within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
